Dark Matter Prototype White Rum Batch No.1 Description
Produced by Dark Matter distillers who are based in Banchory, this is their very first white rum release. This expression was fermented and distilled in 2016 with them using a single estate sugar cane juice which came from Barbados and was pressed using their ancient steam mill. After being rested for 6 years in stainless steel, this release was bottled in March 2022 with there being just 1,000 bottles produced at a strength of 43.5% abv. Back to top
