Distilled on Jura at the islands namesakes distillery, this expression was laid down to matured for at least a decade initially in American white oak bourbon barrels before being finished in aged Oloroso sherry butts. This particular expression was added into their core range in 2018 when it was overhauled and has been bottled at 40% abv.
