Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, this whiskey forms part of their single farm origin series. This expression has been produced using barley which was grown by Tony Pender on his farm at Ballybannon. It has been peated to 47 ppm, distilled and put down to mature in a combination of American and French oak casks for over 3 years. Part of a limited release of 11,088 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 50% abv. Back to top
