Eigashima Sherry Cask - 101st Anniversary Description
Produced at the Eigashima distillery, this distillery is primarily focuses on producing Sake and Shochu but produces whisky one month per year, importing barley from Scotland. This single malt expression has been aged in sherry casks which have been filled with spirit distilled between 2009 and 2014, before being bottled in 2020 to celebrate the 101st anniversary of the granting of the licence to distil whisky to the White Oak distillery.
