Distilled Salcombe distillery, this release is part of the Voyager Series and has been created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth. This gin has been created using milk whey and a combination of 14 botanicals which Paul hand selected and include Macedonian juniper, English coriander seed and green cardamom. Limited to just 10,000 bottles, it has been bottled at 46% abv. Back to top
