Westland Sherry Wood Description
Distilled in Washington State at the Westland distillery, this release forms part of the distillery's Heritage Collection. This expression is crafted from a blend of 5 varieties of malted barley, inspired by the brewing culture of the Pacific Northwest. This spirit has then been aged in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for an undisclosed length of time, before being bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 46% abv.
