Distilled at Heaven's Hill distillery, Bardstown, Kentucky this limited edition Wheat whiskey release has been produced as part of the distillery's Parker's Heritage Collection, a yearly release celebrating the company's late Master Distiller Parker Beam. This expression has been created using 75 oak barrels which have been heavy charred and filled with wheat whiskey. They have then been matured on the 6th floor of Rickhouse Y for at least 11 years before being bottled at 61% abv. free from chill filtration. Back to top
