Distilled at the White Peaks distillery which was opened by husband & wife team Max and Claire back in 2016. This expression was put down to mature in first fill ex-bourbon barrels before spending 12 months finishing in rum casks. Part of a limited release of 558 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 57.2% abv. Back to top
