Distilled in the Highlands at Tomatin distillery, this release was bottled by independent bottlers Thompson Bros. This expression was distilled in 2008 and was put down to mature in oak for 14 years. Firstly in an oak hogshead before being transferred for a 27 month finishing period to a Cognac barrique. Part of a limited release of 490 bottles, this whisky was bottled at a strength of 50% abv.
