The Spot Whiskies originated in the 1800s in Dublin and since then, Mitchell & Sons have gained the reputation of producing this range of whiskies. This triple distilled single pot still whisky has been matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks before being transferred for finishing to casks which previously held Pinot Noir wine from the famed Quail's Gate winery in Canada.
