Filey Bay Yorkshire Day 2020 Description
Distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, this is the second release of Yorkshire's only single malt whisky. This release was produced for the cancelled Open Day in 2020. This expression has been created by marrying whisky matured in Pedro Ximenez and bourbon casks together before the married spirit has then spent time in STR casks for the final period of maturation. There were just 1,500 bottles released at a strength of 55% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
