Distilled at a highland distillery and bottled by independent bottler Matthew Adams as part of the Foundation range. This spirit was distilled in 2014 before being laid down to mature in a first fill bourbon cask for over 7 years. It was then bottled in 2021 with a limited number of 250 bottles produced at a strength of 51% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colourings. Back to top
