This expression from Ireland's Midleton distillery, this release is the fourth chapter of the distillery's Dair Ghaelach series which ages whisky in Virgin Irish oak from particular forests in Ireland. This single pot still whisky has been matured initially in American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Irish oak hogsheads crafted from trees from the Kylebeg Woods.
