Produced by Crossbill distilling, this is the 2015 release of their single specimen gin and was produced when they were still based in Aviemore. This special edition expression is distilled using water from Speyside, rosehips & wild juniper which is hand picked from a 200 year old single specimen before it is bottled at 59.8% abv. Back to top
