Distilled at Auchentoshan distillery on the outskirts of Glasgow, this expression is named after the instrument which is used to remove a sample of whisky from a cask. It has been matured in first fill American bourbon casks for an undisclosed length of time. It is tripled distilled and bottled at a cask strength of 57.2% abv. free from chill filtration.
