Rabbit Hole Heigold Description
Distilled at the Rabbit Hole distillery in Louisville, this release takes its name, Heigold, which is inspired by a German stonecutter who settled in Louisville in the 1800s. This high-rye bourbon uses a mashbill of 70% corn, 25% malted German rye, and 5% malted barley. It has been matured in charred barrels for an undisclosed period of time before being bottled at 47.5% abv. Back to top
