Distilled at the Cotswolds distillery south of Birmingham, their signature release is produced in small batches and is produced using 100% locally grown barley which is floor malted. This expression is matured for an undisclosed length of time in a combination of STR and first fill bourbon barrels before it bottled at 46% abv. Back to top
