White Peak 2019 Single Cask #2019-085 Up'ard Description
Distilled at the White Peaks distillery, this release is one of two single cask bottlings produced by using two 'identical' casks and maturing them in different parts of the distilleries warehouse to compare the differences in the whiskies. This expression was distilled in 2019 and laid down in an ex-red wine cask made from American oak with French oak heads and matured for an undisclosed period of time in the Upper Dunnage area of the warehouse. There were just 330 bottles produced at a strength of 52.7% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
