Distilled at the Highland Park distillery on Orkney, this release was bottled by independent bottlers the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This expression was distilled in 2009 and was put down to mature in oak for 11 years. Firstly in ex-bourbon hogsheads, before being transferred for further maturation to a first fill ex-bourbon barrel. Part of a limited release of 258 bottles, this whisky was bottled under the name "Kirkwall Skink". Back to top
