Glen Spey 2010 11 Year Old SMWS 80.43 Description
Distilled at the Glen Grant distillery in Speyside, this release was bottled by independent bottlers the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. This expression was distilled in 2010 and was put down to mature in oak for 11 years. Firstly in an ex-bourbon hogshead, before being transferred for further maturation to a first fill toasted oak barrique. Part of a limited release of 261 bottles, this whisky was bottled under the name "Modern Wood". Back to top
