Waterford Organic Gaia Edition 1.2 Description
Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, this release is part of the Arcadian series and has been certified by the Organic Trust. This expression was produced using organic malting barley which was grown by John Mallick, Paddy Tobin, Alan Jackson, Pat and Denis Booth, Jason Stanley and Trevor Harris. It was laid down for an undisclosed length of time in American and French oak casks, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at 50% abv. Back to top
