Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Bruichladdich distillery, Octomore is the name given to the super heavily peated range they produce. This expression was distilled in 2016 having been peated to 137.3 ppm. The spirit was then put down to mature in first fill Oloroso sherry butts for 5 years. Part of a limited edition release, this whisky has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 58.3% abv. Back to top
