Daftmill 2007 Single Cask #9 - TWE Description
This single cask bottling released specially for The Whisky Exchange was distilled at Fife's Daftmill distillery, a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family. This expression was distilled in 2007 and was put down to mature in a first fill ex-bourbon barrel and then spent a few months in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask before spending a final period in an ex-bourbon barrel for a total of around 16 years before there were 171 bottles produced at a strength of 56.4% abv.
