Distilled in Speyside at Macallan distillery, this special single cask release celebrates the city of London and forms part of the distillery's Distil Your World series. Crafted with the help of the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca – named Best Restaurant in the World on two separate occasions – this Speyside single malt has been drawn from a single European oak sherry puncheon. It was distilled in 2008 and was put down to mature for 11 years, before being bottled at a cask strength of 62.9% abv. Back to top
