Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, the Single Farm Origin series was the first release from them. This expression was produced using barley which was grown by Richard Raftice and takes its name from the word meaning 'stone fort'. Matured in American & French oak, it has been bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colouring at 50% abv. Back to top
