Waterford Sheestown Edition 1.1 Description
Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, this release is the first from Sheestown farm the Single Farm Origin series. This expression has been produced using Luvisol barley which was grown by Philip O'Brien on his Sheestown farm which is situated near Kilkenny. It has been matured in American & French oak before being bottled at 50% abv. free from chill filtration or colouring. Back to top
