Distilled at the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay, Octomore is the heavily peated expression they produce. This Islay barley expression has been distilled in 2013 using barley grown by farmer, James Brown. It has been laid down to mature in ex-American oak casks in warehouse 16 and spent its lift next to edition 10.1. Bottled at a strength of 61.3% abv. this release has been peated to 114 ppm.
