Daftmill 2011 12 Year Old Summer Release 2023 Description
Distilled at Fife's Daftmill distillery in 2006, it is a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family, it is a distillery which produces whisky seasonally during the farm's quiet periods. This expression was produced using a combination of twenty seven first fill bourbon barrels which were laid down to matured for over twelve years before there were 6,550 bottles produced at a strength of 46% abv.
