Produced at the WhistlePig distillery based in Vermont, this expression is part of the Boss Hog series and is the eighth edition. It is a straight rye whiskey which has been matured for an undisclosed period of time. It was initially laid down in American oak casks before being transferred to small batch rum casks for the Philippines. It is then hand bottled at WhistlePig farm at a strength of 53.5% abv.
