Hidden in the very centre of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park discover the Falls of Falloch, a landmark of tranquillity and natural beauty. The sound of the falls only adds to this picturesque scene, and it's this sublime visage that inspired Master Blender Michael Henry to create this first release in the Loch Lomond Waypoint series.
After launching late last year the Falls of Falloch has flown off the shelves in Nottingham. The team were happy to provide their own review:
With a cognac cask finish, and maturation in three kinds of ex-bourbon American oak casks, this whisky captures the Falls of Falloch's timeless essence and depths.
“Beginning with aromas of soft citrus and honey blossom, it opens up with a sweetness of stewed apple and honeysuckle taste before oak notes from cognac casks come to the fore. The finish is medium with notes of soft citrus”
