Payment

Paying for your order is easy at The Whisky Shop. Simply follow our checkout process and choose your preferred option from the below.

Credit or Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. Our website uses an SSL/TLS encrypted session (look for the padlock in your address bar), ensuring your data is kept safe and secure during checkout.

PayPal

To checkout with PayPal, simply select “PayPal Express Checkout” during the payment stage of checkout. You can then follow the instructions onscreen to pay using a PayPal account, before being returned to our website to confirm your order.

Apple Pay

To checkout using Apple Pay, simply select “Pay by Card” during the payment stage of checkout when using the Safari browser on your Apple device. You will then see a large Apple Pay button which will allow you use one of your stored cards. There are no additional fees for using this service, which is fulfilled by our payment provider. You must have Apple Pay set up on your device with at least one card in your wallet to use this payment method.

Google Pay

To checkout using Google Pay, simply select “Pay by Card” during the payment stage of checkout when using your Android device. There are no additional fees for using this service, which is fulfilled by our payment provider. You must have Google Pay set up on your device with at least one card in your wallet to use this payment method.

International Currencies

Besides British Pound Sterling (GBP), our website is also available to view in other currencies including Japanese Yen (JPY), United States Dollars (USD), and New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). To view our product prices in one of these currencies, simply click the ‘Change delivery location’ link on any product page, select your chosen country, and if the local currency is supported an estimated price conversion will be displayed. Please note prices shown are estimates based on the current exchange rate from GBP and may differ slightly from the price applied during checkout which is completed in GBP. There may also be additional currency conversion fees levied by your card issuer.

If you are unable to complete your order using our checkout, please get in touch and we can provide a secure link for you to be able to provide payment. Just give us a call and have your order details and email address ready.
