Right to cancel
Under Distance Selling legislation, customers have a 14 day cooling-off cancellation period which is 14 days from the day the goods are received. This does not apply to items that are bespoke or personalised.
Cancellation should be by email to [email protected] or in writing to Glenkeir Whiskies Limited, Suite 2 (Ground Rear) Melisa House, 3 Brand Place, Glasgow G51 1DR.
In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer and not The Whisky Shop and the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the date of cancellation. Refund will be made on receipt of the goods.
