Chocolate Orange Old Fashioned

  1. Add 50ml of Glenmorangie X, 25ml of The Loch Fyne Chocolate Orange Liqueur, 3 drops of Angostura Cocoa Bitters and 1 tsp of sugar syrup to a tumbler.
  2. Add lots of ice and stir well.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.

Elderflower Negroni

  1. Add 25ml Hotel Starlino Elderflower liqueur, 50ml Botanist Dry Gin and 7.5ml Campari to a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir well.
  3. Strain into a tumbler and add fresh ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with lavender sprig and a slice of orange.

  1. Add 25ml of Mr Black Rum Barrel Coffee Liqueur, 50ml of Mermaid Salt Vodka, 2 tbsp of salted caramel syrup and a single freshly brewed espresso to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and serve in a martini glass.

  2. Blend of 50ml of Bailey's Irish Cream with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Pour into eggs, and top with whipped cream.
  4. Add toppings such as fruit, mini eggs, chocolate shavings, chopped nuts, and chocolate sauce.
