Holladay Distillery is a Missouri-based bourbon producer that can trace its history as a distillery back to 1856 and the history of the land on which it stands back even further, Lewis and Clark having passed through it and charted its many limestone springs on their fabled 1804 expedition west. One of two single barrels released exclusively for the UK market by the distillery in 2026, Cask #3512 boasts a wheated mash bill – sometimes sought out by bourbon fans for the creamier, sweeter flavour profile it generates – and an intensified 61.2% abv, amplifying its already full character. Its extended aging – closer to eight years than seven – contributes to a particularly developed and complex pour. Dark molasses and toasted hazelnuts jostle with stewed fruits and an intensely honeyed, floral note on the nose. One of two single barrels released exclusively for the UK market by the distillery in 2026, Cask #3512 boasts a wheated mash bill – sometimes sought out by bourbon fans for the creamier, sweeter flavour profile it generates – and an intensified 61.2% abv, amplifying its already full character. Choose our Reduce & Recycle service during checkout to remove any unwanted gift cartons, tubes or boxes, from your order. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!

All orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
