25 Year Old Whisky

There aren't milestones in whisky quite as significant as 25 years. Over the course of a quarter century, something truly remarkable takes place inside the cask. Spirit is slowly transformed into something of rare complexity and depth, with wood layering in notes of various smell and flavour. A smoothness develops that can only come with time. These are whiskies that were laid down long before most of us were thinking about what was in our glass.
