This release from Berry Bros. & Rudd is the first independent bottling from Norway's Myken Distillery. This wonderfully peaty dram was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2021 at 61.4% abv.
On the nose, there are welcome aromas of apples, pears, and bonfire smoke. The palate is particularly coastal and smoky, with hints of wild garlic lingering in the back before leading into a long and peat-filled finish.
