Batch #1 of That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottling from Black Gate Distillery in New South Wales, Australia. The Black Gate Distillery brews and distills dark rum and single malt whiskies in very small quantities, making these bottles very rare and sought after. Small casks are used by the distillery which give the liquid plenty contact with the wood during a 3 year maturation, and the warm climate speeds up the maturation process. This results in a young yet rich and complex whisky, bottled at 46% abv, and one of just 231 bottles.
