This Scottish gin from St Andrews' Eden Mill has been produced in homage to one of Scotland's greatest exports: golf. Crafted with seaweed from St Andrews Links and grose flower from Braids in Edinburgh among others, the botanicals in this gin make it a true representation of golf courses across the country. Presented in a green bottle inspired by the famous green jacket of the Masters Championship, this expression is bottled at 42% abv.
The nose has sweet lavender and spruce trees with a slight sea salt tang. The palate is dominated by juniper, with sweet gorse and heather providing balance, before coriander and pepper in the spicy finish.
