Eminente Reserva may look like a traditional Cuban light rum, but you can expect the complexity and depth of a very old one. This expression is aged for a minimum of 7 years in white oak ex-whisky barrels. Made from molasses from locally sourced sugar cane, the process of being aged in a tropical environment such as Central Cuba leaves its mark on this rum. It is at once intense and delicate on the nose, full-bodied and very deep. The nose gives notes of ginger, and Sichuan pepper. The palate is rich with hints of smoke, vanilla, coffee, and sugar. The finish is long, with a fresh creaminess that accompanies notes of chocolate with a wisp of smoke. Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
