Part of the Kavalan Solist series, this cask strength expression from the Taiwanese distillery is matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks to give an award-winning single malt.The nose has rosemary and hints of lemongrass, citrus and toffee. The palate is very fruity and warm, combining classic PX characteristics with sub-tropical maturation producing a smooth and mellow character. The finish is long with raisins and honey lingering.
