Ki No Bi, meaning ‘beauty of the seasons’ is the first Japanese gin distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Ki No Tea is a collaboration with tea-grower and blender Hori-Shichimeien, based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto. Various premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of this beautiful gin, blended to create a balanced and refreshing flavour, before being bottled at 45.1% ABV.
A sweet and delicate bouquet of freshly brewed tea leaves on the nose. On the palate, a gentle sweetness like white chocolate with a distinct juniper flavour in the forerfront. The finish is long and clean with roasted green tea.
