Part of the Old Malt Cask range of single cask expressions from Glasgow-based independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. This Highland Single Malt was distilled at Ardmore in October 1996 and matured for 20 years in a refill hogshead, producing 148 bottles in November 2016.

The nose is clean and fruity with apple, lemon and melon notes. The palate brings a fresh peppery aspect with more apples and lemon, before a medium finish with lingering pepper.
