Distilled in Goa, India at the Paul John distillery, this unpeated single malt has been matured in first-fill American white oak barrels before being bottled at a strength of 50% abv. Just 1,500 bottles have been produced.
The nose has peaches and cream, vanilla and tropical fruits. The palate brings sweet butterscotch and honey, alongside dried apple chips and hot waffles, before a slight spice emerges in the finish with a lingering note of maple syrup and apricot.
