Plantation Australia’s 2007 is an aromatic, rich rum, that reflects the bold Australia terroir. This limited edition dram spent its first 13 years aging in bourbon casks in a tropical environment. Then, 21 barrels were selected and made the voyage to Charente in France, where the rum was aged for another year in Maison Ferrand French oak casks. This double aging technique, in both cask types and in climates, highlight a very expressive twist behind this rum. A complex dram, this is one to really sink your teeth and tastebuds into. Aromas of stone fruits, such as peach and apricot, arise on the nose along with vanilla, coconut, raisins, and various floral notes. The palate gives hints of cooked fruits, citrus, and cacao. Choose our Reduce & Recycle service during checkout to remove any unwanted gift cartons, tubes or boxes, from your order. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
