Named for the hometown of The English Distillery, The Norfolk is the grain sister whisky to their English single malt. This expression is the result of experimentation with bourbon-esque ingredients, in which they settled on a top secret mix of maize, rye and barley. The majority being maize, hence its moniker. This has resulted in a wonderfully sweet and complex grain whisky, reminiscent of a top-notch American bourbon – with a distinctly English twist. A limited run of only 1500 bottles, it is presented at 45% abv, free from chill filtration and at natural colour.  Expect sweet aromas of honeycomb, chocolate and sourdough bread, which lead to a palate full of toffee apple, walnuts, a subtle woody flavour and a hint of pepper. Choose our Reduce & Recycle service during checkout to remove any unwanted gift cartons, tubes or boxes, from your order. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!

All orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
