Pot Still
Pot still denotes the only style of whiskey made exclusively in Ireland. The name is taken from the vessel in which the spirit is distilled, and the whiskey is usually comprised of a mixture of malted and unsalted barely mixed in the mash bill to result in a distinctive spiciness.
