This single malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company spent 21 years maturing at Blair Athol in the Perthshire town of Pitlochry. There have been just 295 bottles of this Batch 12 release produced, each one presented 52.1% abv.
The nose has apricot and subtle nutty notes. The palate is sweet and fruity with citrus and honey drizzled orchard fruits. The finish is particularly fruity with the apricot note reappearing.
