This 30 year old Islay single malt is part of the Rare Cask Series from Bruichladdich. An unpeated single malt, this expression was distilled in 1986 and matured in Oloroso sherry casks until 2012 when it was recasked in Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodega Fernando de Castilla.Created using the very last 7 casks from the 1986 vintage, only 4,200 bottles have been released, each one presented at a natural cask strength of 44.6% abv and free from chill-filtration and artificial colouring.
