This exceptional ten-year-old Craigellachie spent a three month long finishing period in Oloroso casks to create its wonderfully complex flavour profile. Bottled at a fierce 63.3% abv, this is truly a dram to behold.
The nose has dark brown sugar, sea salt, and hints of leather. The palate is bold with lots of ripe fruits complemented by spicy, meaty notes before leading into a long and sweet finish with a gentle hint of wood smoke.
