This 12-year-old single malt has been crafted with European sherry oak casks and bottled at 46% abv without chill filtration or added colouring.
The sherry oak casks have imparted notes of raisins, cinnamon and walnuts on the nose, before developing into flavours of rich fruit cake, baked apple and ginger on the palate. Orange peel and toasty oak are followed by a dry and spicy finish.
